At BI Solutions, our mission is to help our customers use their data in a way that will enable them to do better business. We offer solutions within the areas of data engineering, data integration and analytics and our work ethic is shaped by a customer-centric mindset and a strong drive towards personal growth. We support local tech initiatives like youth coding clubs and strive to make a valuable contribution to society.

Our stack includes database technologies as well as ETL and BI tools and our primary programming languages are SQL, Python and Java. We aim to be as flexible as possible and always choose the technologies that will be the best fit for our customers.

Specialization and leadership opportunities

As consultants, we work collaboratively within the team and with our customers. Career paths at BI Solutions include software engineer (mainly focusing on data engineering) and BI consultant (primarily working within the field of analytics). Depending on your personal goals and progress, we also offer the possibility to work towards a highly specialized role and/or opportunities in tech leadership & project management.
